WangHongProfessor, PhD Supervisor, Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Education at South China Normal University (SCNU), Dean of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Institute of Teacher Education, Director of the GBA Research Center for Teacher Education and Teacher Development Assessment, and Chief Editor of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (commissioned by the Ministry of Education). She has presided over and participated in 6 provincial-level research projects, published 2 monographs, 1 compiled work, edited 8 books, and served as associate editor for 4 books, with more than 10 papers published. Hua WeiyongAssociate Research Fellow, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU. He has successively undertaken a number of scientific research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Education, the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, and the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee. He has published many papers in journals such as People's Daily (Theory Edition), Higher Education Exploration, Modern Education Review, and Guangdong Education. He led the compilation of the book Wooden Bell and Golden Voice: Eighty Years of South China Normal University. His major research areas include: teacher education policy, teacher ethics and educational culture.

Li HaoAssociate Research Fellow, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU. She has presided over and participated in more than 10 research projects, and her research results have been published in more than 20 core journals such as Journal of South China Normal University, Higher Education Exploration, and Chinese Journal of Special Education. His major research areas include: adolescent health research, psychological counseling and guidance, career planning and guidance, and ideological and political education.

Wang Qingping:Associate Senior Editor, Master's Supervisor at the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU, President/Chief Editor of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Journal, and Director of the Office of the Teacher Ethics Construction Base (SCNU) of the Ministry of Education. Zhang Youliang:Associate Professor, PhD in Education, Postdoctoral Fellow. He is Assistant Dean (International and Hong Kong, Macao Affairs) of the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU, and a faculty member of the Institute of International and Comparative Education. He has published 1 monograph, participated in compiling 3 books, published more than 50 Chinese and English academic papers, and presided over and participated in more than 10 domestic and foreign research projects. He was selected into the "Xiangjiang Scholars Program" jointly implemented by the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the Hong Kong Scholars Association (2020), the "Excellent Young Talents Training Program" of the Beijing Municipal University Teacher Team Construction Support Program (2022), and the "Phoenix Program" Excellent Young Talents of Chaoyang District, Beijing (2024). Xie Zhiyong:PhD in Education, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of the Institute of Teacher Development Assessment and Assistant Director of the Master of Education Center at the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU, and Executive Deputy Director of the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research Center for Teacher Education and Teacher Development Assessment" (a Guangdong Provincial Social Science Base). He also holds concurrent positions as a paper review expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education, a Director of the Education Evaluation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Education Development Strategy, and an academic expert of the China Institute of Educational Innovation, Beijing Normal University. Zhang Qian:Lecturer, PhD in Management. She is a faculty member of the Department of School Development and Educational Leadership at the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU, and Secretary-General of the Academic Committee of the Guangdong Federation of Primary and Secondary School Principals. She is a core member of the "Core Foundation" Educational Experiment Research Team. Many papers have been included in top international academic conferences in the field of educational technology such as LAK (The International Conference on Learning Analytics and Knowledge) and ICALT (International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies), and was nominated for the Best Short Paper at ICALT (2025). Xie Qiqiang:Adjunct Associate Research Fellow, Ph.D. in Education, Postdoctoral Fellow. Has published papers in prestigious SSCI international journals such as *Higher Education* and *Current Psychology*, and authored an English-language academic monograph published by the internationally renowned publisher Peter Lang; additionally, numerous research findings have been accepted for presentation at top-tier international academic conferences, including the International Self-Determination Theory Conference (SDT), the World Education Research Association (WERA), and the International Conference on School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI). Has participated in seven major education-funded research projects in Hong Kong, including the General Research Fund (GRF) and the Quality Education Fund (QEF), with research areas covering educational administration, curriculum and instruction, and early childhood education. During her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Hong Kong, she led a multi-million-dollar project commissioned by the Hong Kong Education Bureau to study the effectiveness of parent-teacher associations (PTAs) in public primary and secondary schools and kindergartens across Hong Kong. He has been invited to serve as a visiting expert for the “Research Methodology” course in the Master’s program at the Faculty of Education, City University of Macau, and served as a quantitative research consultant for the “Pengcheng Peacock” project (2025TC0095) at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Wang Jianping:Director of the Journal Management Center and Chief Editor of the Journal of SCNU; Research Fellow and PhD Supervisor of the Faculty of Teacher Education, SCNU; President and Chief Editor of Guangdong Higher Education Press, and President of Guangdong Audio-Visual Teaching Material Press; Vice Chairman of the National University Liberal Arts Journal Research Association, Director of the University Comprehensive Journal Evaluation Expert Committee of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Evaluation, Director of the Expert Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Periodical Association, Vice President of the Guangdong Provincial Copyright Protection Federation, Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Educational History, and Supervisor of the People's Government of Guangdong Province. His main research areas are educational history, teacher education, and adolescent education. Qian Yangyi:PhD, PhD Supervisor, Professor of the School of Chemistry, SCNU. He is a Member of the Chemistry Teaching Guidance Professional Committee for Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, a Core Member of the Ministry of Education's Middle School Chemistry Curriculum Standards Development Group, a Chief Expert of the MOE "National Teacher Training Program", an Expert for the Certification of Normal Majors of the Higher Education Teaching Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education, a Standing Director of the Chemistry Teaching Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Education, a Vice Chairman of the Educational Game Professional Committee of the China Educational Technology Association, a Supervisor of the Guangdong Provincial "Million Talents" Renowned Teachers, and the Chief Editor of the compulsory education Chemistry textbook (Guangdong Education Press Edition). He won the second prize of the 2022 National Teaching Achievement Award for Basic Education, a typical case of basic education chemistry education and teaching reform, the special prize of the Guangdong Provincial Education and Teaching Achievement Award (Basic Education), and the host of the National First-Class Undergraduate Course. He has published more than 200 academic papers: 10 in SCI and SSCI journals such as Journal of Chemical Education, and more than 200 in CSSCI journals (33) such as Curriculum, Teaching Material and Method, China Educational Technology, Audio-Visual Education Research, Distance Education Journal, Modern Educational Technology, China Examinations, and authoritative journals (more than 180) such as Chemical Education and Chemistry Teaching. He has obtained a number of national authorized invention patents, appearance design patents, and national computer software copyrights, and published more than 30 textbooks and works. His research expertise includes: hand-held technology digital chemistry experiments; chemistry gamified teaching; and chemistry teacher professional development.

Li Long:Professor, PhD Supervisor, Chief Expert of the National Social Science Fund Major Bidding Project, National High-level Talent, and currently Executive Dean of the Institute of Public Opinion and Social Governance, SCNU. He mainly engages in research on public opinion and national governance, crisis communication management, network ideology, etc., and has won many Excellent Achievement Awards in Philosophy and Social Sciences from the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province.

Hou Yongxiong:Research Fellow (Professor), Ph.D. in Labor Economics (Human Resource Allocation and Management), Postdoctoral Fellow in Entrepreneurship Education, and Master’s Supervisor; Visiting Professor and Career and Entrepreneurship Mentor at multiple universities and key high schools; one of the earliest certified Senior Career Counselors and Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDF) in China. He has led and participated in numerous research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education Social Science Fund, and the Provincial Social Science Fund. He has published multiple SSCI/CSSCI papers and authored several books and textbooks. As one of the principal contributors, he received the First Prize in the 2023 National Teaching Achievement Awards ( “Integration of Specialized Education and Entrepreneurship: A 20-Year Study and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Oriented Toward Job-Based Entrepreneurship”) and the 2018 National Second Prize for Teaching Achievement ( “Establishment and Practice of a Collaborative Education System for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area”); he has led and participated in numerous national and provincial-level model courses, “Golden Courses,” and high-quality courses in employment and entrepreneurship. The team he has mentored has won dozens of national and provincial awards in prestigious competitions such as the China International College Students Innovation Competition and the “Challenge Cup,” including multiple national gold medals; he has repeatedly guided students to win the provincial “Top Ten Planning Stars” award in the “Career Planning Competition”; and he has been recognized multiple times as an outstanding employment and entrepreneurship mentor at the provincial level or above. He has frequently served as a judging expert for on-site competitions at the national level for prestigious events such as the National Innovation Competition and the Career Planning Competition, as well as for provincial-level competitions across multiple provinces.

Jiang Linhao:Associate Researcher and Master’s Supervisor; Ph.D. in Higher Education from the School of Education at Peking University. Has led projects including the National Social Science Fund Post-Doctoral Support Program, the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Youth Fund Project, the Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning General Project, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology Key Project, and the Guangzhou Association for Science and Technology Key Project; has participated in projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Key Project, and the Beijing Social Science Fund Key Project. He has published over 30 papers in journals such as *Educational Research*, *Higher Education Research*, *Research on Educational Development*, *Research on Audio-Visual Education*, *Chinese Audio-Visual Education*, *Research on Degree and Postgraduate Education*, and *Asia Pacific Education Review*, including more than 20 papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals. Some articles have been reprinted in Renmin University of China’s Photocopied Materials and authoritative WeChat public accounts. He has published one translated work and one original monograph titled *The Birth and Transformation of the Research Evaluation System*, contributed to multiple academic monographs, and participated in the drafting of the group standard *Specifications for the Construction of Concept Validation Centers* (as one of the top three drafters). As a primary advisor, he has guided students to secure the Guangdong Province Climbing Plan Key Project, National Scholarship, and Outstanding Graduate awards.

Lin Wenkai:Associate Researcher, Master’s Program Advisor, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at South China Normal University, and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Research Center at South China Normal University (a Ministry of Education-designated Base for Country and Regional Studies). Previously served as Deputy Dean of the School of Online Education at South China Normal University (on secondment to the Department of Comprehensive Reform of the Ministry of Education), Deputy Dean of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Teacher Education College, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Education. He concurrently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Global Chinese Society for Science Education Research; Standing Council Member and Academic Committee Member of the Education Policy and Planning Professional Committee of the China Society for Educational Development Strategy; and Standing Council Member and Secretary-General of the Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Research Branch of the Guangdong Higher Education Society. He is also an evaluation expert for the Ministry of Education’s Curriculum and Textbook Research Institute and an educational consulting expert for the Shantou Chaoshi Think Tank. He has published over 30 academic papers in international SSCI journals such as *Teaching and Teacher Education* and authoritative domestic journals such as *Chinese Higher Education*; He has led or participated in eight projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund, the National Education Science Planning Project, the Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project, and projects commissioned by the Ministry of Education. He has published theoretical articles in *Guangming Daily*, and six of his research findings have been adopted by the Ministry of Education. He co-authored the national planning textbook for the “Information Technology” course in secondary vocational schools and served as the chief editor of *Information Technology (Extension Module) — Office Applications* (published by Beijing Institute of Technology Press). Recipient of the First Prize and Second Prize for Teaching Achievements from South China Normal University; has repeatedly guided students to win awards at the China International College Students Innovation Competition. Zhang Hongbao:Researcher, specializing in the study of new types of think tanks in higher education institutions and the development of higher education. He has led five national and provincial-level projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund and the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Fund. He has published over 30 academic papers in journals such as the Theory Section of *Guangming Daily*, *Research on Education Development*, and *Chinese Higher Education Research*.

Zhou Xiaopeng:Professor in the Department of Chinese Language Curriculum and Pedagogy at South China Normal University and supervisor for the Master of Education in Chinese Language Education program. Former convener of the Master of Education supervisory committee at South China Normal University. Currently serves as a special advisor to the Faculty of Teacher Education at South China Normal University. Her research focuses primarily on the psychology of Chinese language learning, teaching strategies, and assessment. She is a council member of the Secondary School Chinese Language Teaching Committee of the China Education Association, president of the Guangdong Provincial Expert Committee on Chinese Language for the College Entrance Examination, director of the first Basic Education Research Studio at South China Normal University, a National Outstanding Supervisor for the Master of Education program, and an expert at the Ministry of Education’s Education Quality Monitoring Center. She previously served as a supervisor for the Master of Chinese Language Education program at The Open University of Hong Kong. She has edited nearly ten teacher education publications, including *Theory of Secondary School Chinese Curriculum and Pedagogy*, *Theory of Chinese Language Learning Psychology*, *History of Chinese Language Education in China*, *Guidelines for Evaluating Various Types of Composition in Secondary Schools*, *Strategies for Teaching Native Languages in China and Abroad*, and *Exemplary Cases of High School Chinese Language Teaching*. She is also a contributor to the nationally unified high school Chinese language textbooks. She has published over 30 papers in authoritative, core, and major journals such as *Educational Research*, *Journal of South China Normal University*, and *Renmin University Reprints*, including “A Study on Ye Shengtao’s Ideas on Effective Chinese Language Teaching,” “A Comparative Study on Secondary School Students’ Interest in Chinese Language Learning,” and “Explorations in Integrated Teaching of Large Units in High School Chinese.” She serves as the lead instructor for Guangdong Province’s First-Class Undergraduate Course (online) and has presided over multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects on Chinese language teaching and research. She was ranked second in the National Educational Science Achievement Award. He received the “First Prize for Research Achievements in Basic Education Curriculum Reform” (ranked third) awarded by the General Office of the Ministry of Education. She also received the First Prize for Basic Education Teaching Achievements in Guangdong Province (ranked second). She has repeatedly guided undergraduate and graduate students to win first, second, and third prizes in the National Normal Student Skills Competition.
